Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Stow, MA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
Dr. Eric Kraus participates in many Dental Insurance Plans. Specific plan participation can be determined by phoning Stow Dental Care and our Office Manager will be glad to answer any questions. Dr. Kraus and staff will work with patients to try to explain dental insurance coverage and also help to maximize insurance reimbursement for covered services.  When possible, we can send for a pre-estimate for dental treatment.

Of course we cannot guarantee dental insurance reimbursements by the dental insurance carriers and patients will ultimately be responsible for the actual payments and balances billed after insurance reimbursement. We send monthly statements and request prompt payments. We would prefer that payment is made at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. This helps keep our dental treatment fees more reasonable.
